Append number of comments + expand/collapse in single post view

Currently in the single post view, we show below the post properties and votes. We would like to add next to the votes the number of comments, and the controller (chevron) that allows to expand/collapse all comments below. This display would also apply to underlying comments, so next to each comment we will see number of comments below, and expand/collapse option.
