Format Data Count

Currently, we are displaying an unformatted result of the data count throughout the blockexplorer. With a huge number, the data count becomes hard to read

Example: A total of 96077111 blocks found in the blocks page

Expected: A total of 96,077,111 blocks found (format according to locale)
