Swap landing page block search results with the new blocks page API

As we recently implemented the all blocks page, and to provide better experience from landing page with more data, we would like to revamp the block search there so that is uses the updated API and provide tabular display for the results similar to the all blocks page.

• Make sure the tabular display aligns with the other sections (current format is being updated via ticket #561 (closed))
• Provide a button that links to the all blocks page (View Results page) based on filtered results/query, similar to the results button shown in other search sections on landing page
