Operation filter lost when search button is used

I selected 3 operations and clicked apply

I got a page of blocks (I can't be sure if the page i've got have only the 3 operations I selected because the info about operations is hidden in modal - issue #539 (closed) - but I belive it is correct page)

When i click "Search" button - the chips with filters seems to be still active but the result comes for -- No Filter -- (the filters doesn't apply for some reason - only when 'apply' is selected)
