Improvements to balance history page

• Remove the "Find balance history..." as the description now resides in the i icon
• Move the funnel icon (filter) to the same level as the account name so they show in single row in the title. Make sure funnel does not lose position when i is expanded
• Adjust upper edges of the chart to be rounded like other components
