Voters Dialog Revamp

Hello Mohammad,

This ticket is to address changes in the voters page/dialog

We need the API to return extra info on voters

1. Voter Reputation
2. Voter Witness Yes/No
3. Voter Rank if witness
4. Voter Weight (weight of vote for the witness)

We can discuss this further and add any things we find relevant here
