Witness page "Show Voters" and "Show Votes History" tables broke page (non existing values)

Witness page "Show Voters" and "Show Votes History" tables broke page because of non existing values, handle this case by hide columns where there are no values and show only columns with valid values.

Errors: voter.account_hive_power is null witness.account_hive_power is null
