Financial operations filter set on operation types filter

At the top of the operation types filter page, we have a couple of "predefined" operation sets (All, Real, Virtual). I think we should have another button to filter for operations that can change the balance of an account (it's a fairly large list of operations, of course). Button could be labeled "Financial" and placed after Virtual in the list. Should be a trivial change to make I think.
