Adjust balance history display to utilize the new API endpoints

As per the latest implementation of new balance history endpoints (see balance_tracker!160 (merged)) we would like to support those APIs to improve the data display functionality and enable wider coverage of the relevant data.

This would apply to both the Balance History widget on user profile, as well as the extended Balance History view.

The APIs are not available (yet) on HAF nodes, but they probably should be available via https://hafbe.openhive.network/ @mzander ?
