Issues with filtering

1. issue that i mentioned here: #453 (closed) (change from default filtering to last 30 days) has shown more issues:

changing filter to '---' (IMO it is a bad 'name') suggests to me that it should go from last 30 days (that is default at this moment) to empty filter - it does not at this moment - it seems to not change anything - the result is still last 30 days

2. changing month in 'time range' is IMO misleading - the day doesn't switch with a month and user is allowed to click 'ok' and nothing changes - if the day is not set - 'ok' button should be grayed out.

3. i think filters should not go from 'operations' to 'comments' - they do now but not completly

I set the '---' that doesn't do anything on operations

I move now to comments, the filter moved aswell and here it accualy gave me a full response (so filter '---' returned response without filtering by 30 days)

i now move BACK to operations, and the filter changed to 30 days (???)

IMO in the first place the filter shouldn't move between cards - it does now but not in every direction

4. in addition to andrzej's comment here: #453 (comment 197797)

I think there should be added /operations , /comments, /interactions to links, - without specifying it it could be interpreted as /operations as it is our default view

5. IMO the filtering part should be much smaller - and explandable - if our default is other than empty it should be reflected in LINK like:

but by default the filtering options should be hidden with a option to 'expand' it.
