Visual Enhancements to User Profile Screen

A couple of minor modifications to implement on User Profile page:

• Since the Posts tab allows the display of both posts and comments, i think a more reasonable display would be to use the wording Comments as it would include both. To avoid confusion with the last section (currently Comment Search), i think it would make more sense to have this switched to Interactions, as it finds interactions with specific comment. Accordingly change the title from Post Search to Comment Search, and Comment Search to Interactions Search
• The result of the Posts search is not clear that the permalink is clickable, especially in dark mode. It would make more sense to have it hyperlink style, similar to block and trx id.
