Switch current permalinks in operations to link to new single raw post/comment page

As we recently created a raw view of posts/comments similar to hiveblocks, i think it would make sense to start pointing all the users' posts/comments to the relevant BE page (for example https://hivescan.info/hive-139531/@actifit/actifit-updates--actifit-ios-v0100-out )
