Account operations table columns merge

• On smaller screens account operations table columns merges (block column with others) . This issue is present where account operations table is used, currently on main page and account page.
• We should add margin between buttons and pagination

i recall this issue was fixed before. The fix should include a proper background on the fixed columns to prevent data from showing when scrolling through rows.

Please take into consideration other cases which might affect background color (highlighted row / light or dark mode / ...)
