Number input accept letters

Inputs where only numbers should be used, shouldn't allow letters, symbols etc. This should be fixed and checked on all project inputs, not only search section.

I could not reproduce the issue. In search ranges, I cannot type any string characters in numeric fields (not even copy/paste). But I noticed it is taking negative values and causing errors and I will fix that by adding additional checks
