Witness Schedule Styling Issues on Mobile

On mobile, the witness schedule tables are shifted to the right and are not aligned with the footer.

Expected Result: All page components should have the same alignment

Steps to reproduce :

1. On Mobile view go to Witnesses from the top navigation bar
2. Click on the icon to view the schedule
