Last Updated fontawesome clock value showing NaN when the time passed is greater than one hour

I noticed this issue in both Voters Dialogue and Voters History Dialogue, and I have confirmed it by setting a hardcoded date time in the code.

When the last update was more than one hour ago it showed NaN in both:

1. Voters Dialogue
2. Votes History Dialogue

This is not happening on the witnesses page

This requires investigating and fixing
