Operation type filter does not work in block page

1. Open block page: https://testexplore.openhive.network/block/88071057#1d1502465ea8b18de02a4bc60d21f36775ced77c?&filters=00000000-00080000_h the view shows c.a. 40 operations.
2. Open operation types dialog to filter out block contents through op. types. Select author_reward operation. Click Apply.
3. Dialog closed, but view still contains a full list of block operations
4. Open given dialog again - seems that filter was not saved. Also page URL didn't change (filter values should be encoded in url what simplifies sharing it).
