Aggregate operations for Block page by transaction

Right now we divide operations in Block page for nonvirtual and virtual. That was a good way of doing this, but for user clarity we should rather make a collection of them. Some virtual operations are tied to other ops, like comments payout to comments etc. They will have the same trx ID in card.

The goal is to connect them together on that page, I'm not sure which style we should use, but definitely something that will make clear, that those operations are togetger.

Also mark every virtual operation card with "virtual" word somewhere
