Typing wrong api address triggers lastblock map is not a function error sometimes.
The user does not have the option of changing the api address again.
Clicking Reload page, Go to Home Page buttons or refresh the page do not change anything.

http://192.168.4.250:3000/rpcd (typo in api address)
