New API endpoints for accounts sorted by balances

It would be useful to have new API endpoints that would return user profiles sorted by balances (Top holders). Those include:

• Top holders by HIVE (liquid)
• Top holders by HBD (liquid)
• Top holders by VESTS
• Top holders by HBD (Savings)
• Top holders by HIVE (Savings)

API would preferably be paginated, and would return back rank, name, and value.
