Use relative paths for submodules

Currently there are absolute paths which is inconvenient for read only mirror, i.e.
git clone --recurse --branch v1.27.4.0.0 https://github.com/openhive-network/hafah
fetches a lot of data from gitlab.syncad instance anyway
